One of my favorite compositions to date. I love plants and do not own a monstera yet, however, I’ve always admired their scale and beautiful fronds of varying color and shapes. For this illustration, which celebrates mothers with a green thumb, I wanted to create the feeling of a thriving monstera, nourished, loved, and held by the carer herself.
